Warranty and Returns - FAQ

The Flowers.NL florist guarantees a beautiful bouquet for 7 days, provided proper care is taken. If there are any quality issues, please notify us within 7 days with photographic evidence.

Bouquets, Flowers and plants cannot be returned due to their perishable nature. Fleurop gift items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

If your flowers arrive damaged, please contact customer service immediately with clear photos, and we will offer a solution such as redelivery.

If the wrong flowers are delivered, please contact customer service immediately with details, and we will correct the issue.

If your flowers are delayed, please check for a delivery notice or email. If no information is available, contact customer service for assistance.

If flowers are not delivered, check for delivery notifications. If none are found, contact customer service to resolve the issue, request a refund, or apply a discount.

If items like cards or vases are missing, contact customer service for redelivery or compensation. Some gift items are delivered separately via parcel services.
