The order has been received by us but not yet dispatched. This is the usual status after the payment has been received and processed in our order system. Your order is usually forwarded to the florist during office hours. So, the order has not been physically sent yet.
On the day of delivery, once our florist has prepared the order for shipment, you will receive a status notification with the designation "Sent." This means that the order is ready to be picked up by the driver and will be on its way to you shortly.
Once the order has been delivered to the delivery address or to a neighbor, you will receive a new notification with the status "Delivered." If the delivery was left with the neighbors due to the absence at the provided address, a message will always be left at the specified delivery address.
If both the recipients at the delivery address and their neighbors are not present or do not respond, the driver will return the order to the store. In this case, you will receive the delivery status "NOT SUCCESSFUL," and a message will be left at the delivery address with instructions for the recipient.
The "delayed" status indicates that there has been a delay in the delivery process of an order. This can have various reasons, such as unexpected logistical issues, weather conditions, or other factors disrupting the normal delivery schedule. It means that the expected delivery time is not met as initially planned.
In such cases, we always try to inform you promptly about the nature and cause of the delay. It is important to note that such delays unfortunately occur beyond our control, and therefore, we have no influence over the specific circumstances that have led to the delay. We do our best to serve you as well as possible and inform you about any changes in the expected delivery date.
