Please note: Delivery to the Wadden Islands

Please note that same-day delivery is not possible on the Wadden Islands. We deliver from Tuesday to Saturday. Orders must be placed at least one day in advance to be delivered on the next working day.

For Schiermonnikoog and Ameland, delivery is not possible on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. So plan your order in time to avoid disappointment

Please note: Orders placed from this moment onwards, Friday, February 14 at 2:00 AM, are subject to adjusted delivery conditions. Delivery for Valentine's Day is now subject to availability. Our florists and delivery teams are working hard to ensure all orders arrive on time, but as mentioned during the ordering process, in exceptional cases, a delivery may be delayed and arrive on the next business day.

Valentine’s Day Delivery Information

Update: 1 Januari 2025

Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest days of the year, and we do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered on time. To make the delivery process as smooth and efficient as possible, we would like to inform you of the following:

  • No Specific Delivery Times: Due to the high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times on Valentine’s Day. All deliveries are scheduled based on the most efficient routes to serve as many customers as possible on time.

    • On Valentine’s Day, deliveries start from 9:00 AM, and due to the high demand, they may continue until late in the evening.

  • Sustainability & Route Optimization: Our delivery routes are carefully planned to reduce unnecessary driving distances, helping us lower our carbon footprint while ensuring fast and efficient service.
  • What If the Recipient Is Not Home?: If the recipient is not home, our driver will try to leave the order with a neighbor. If that is not possible, we will leave a note with instructions on how to collect the order. Please note that we do not contact the recipient directly.

Valentine’s Tip: Schedule delivery for Feb 13 to avoid Valentine’s Day Delays! ❤️

Delivery of additional Gift Sets.

When ordering a bouquet of flowers, and you have chosen to provide it with an EXTRA gift set from our webshop? then the message below applies to you:


We have to inform you that, due to an unprecedented increase in demand for parcel delivery, all parcel services such as PostNL, DHL, Dynalogic and DPD are causing significant delays.

The volume of shipments has far exceeded industrial capabilities, resulting in delays beyond our control.

We recognize the importance of your packages, especially during this special time of year. Please know that parcel delivery services are working tirelessly to manage volume and expedite deliveries as best they can. However, they expect these delays to continue for possible days.

We accept any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding during these challenging times. Rest assured, the delivery service does everything it can to ensure that all packages are delivered safely, even if it takes a little longer than expected.

Mother's Day 2023

Our florists deliver throughout the Netherlands on Sunday, May 14th, with the exception of some locations on the Wadden Islands.

As a general rule, deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Ordering flowers for delivery on Sunday, May 14th, is tentative after Saturday, May 13th, 6:00 PM.

From that time onwards, there is a possibility that our florists may be sold out in certain areas, and we cannot guarantee flower delivery on Mother's Day to all parts of the Netherlands.

Additionally, it is possible that even if delivery is still available, the ordered bouquets may differ in color and style from the originally chosen bouquet.

Pentecost 2022

Update: June 2022

All flower shops and our office are closed on 1st and 2nd Pentecost Sunday 5 and Monday 6 June.

Due to this, delivery is not possible on these days.

Due to the supply of fresh flowers, delivery on Tuesday 7 June will only be possible in the afternoon.

Ascension Day 2022

Update: May 2022

Like our florists, we are closed on Ascension Day Thursday, May 26, 2022. As a result, there will be no deliveries on this day.

Mothersday 2022

Our florists deliver throughout the Netherlands on Sunday 8 May. With the exception of a few places on the Wadden Islands.

Our Florist will try to deliver these  flower orders between 9:00 and 17:00.

Orders placed on Saturday after 12:00 pm for delivery on Sunday are subject to change at all times. The composition of the bouquets can also be changed in connection with availability of flowers may differ.

Update: May 6, 2022,

Due to a major national malfunction, A5 cards may not be able to be printed. In these cases, the personal text is handwritten on a card.

Update: May 8, 2022,

The malfunction with printing A5 cards has now been resolved

Delivery of additional Gift items:

Update: Nov 1, 2021.

Due to delays at our logistics package partners, the delivery of additional gift items may be delayed. It is possible that these extra gift items such as Champagne, Chocolate Truffles, Fruit Baskets, Whiskey, Beer and Rituals packages are sent directly to the recipient.

When will my bouquet be delivered?

If you order on working days before 13:00 and Saturday before 12:00, the bouquet will be delivered the same day. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays, unless otherwise communicated in advance.
