The opening times from our office are:
Monday through Friday from 8:30 until 17:00
Saturday from 8:30 until 12:00
Sunday's our office and our Florist are closed.

The openings times from our telephone support desk are:
Monday through Friday from 8:30 until 13:00
Saturday from 8:30 until 12:00

Complaints.
If you have a complaint about our products or our service, you can contact us via the complaints form. You will not receive a confirmation of receipt of your complaint, but we will respond substantively within 7 days. If you don't agree with the solution or we can't work it out together? Then you can submit the complaint to the Webshop Keurmerk Disputes Committee.

In connection with the December holidays, we would like to inform you about our adjusted opening hours.
We are pleased to inform you of our adjusted opening hours around the holidays in December. At Flowers.NL we strive to always offer you the freshest and highest quality cut flowers and plants, and that is why we have decided to give our florists a well-deserved break.
Our customer service and our Florists will be closed as follows:
From December 23 to 27, 2023
From December 31, 2023 to January 2, 2024
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you again as soon as we resume our normal opening hours.
