Provision Alcohol Act

BRIEF EXPLANATION

From July 1, 2020, the new alcohol law came into force, which replaced the Liquor and Catering Act. For delivery, an 18+ check must be carried out for shipments to private individuals. This is required by law and this check must be done with every delivery, even if it is clear that the recipient is older than 18 years.

The delivery person must note the date of birth (this must be at least 18 years in the past) and the last 5 characters of the recipient's ID. That can be someone other than the orderer, as long as it is at the address of the order.

Within the law, the order can only be delivered to the address of the order to a person who is 18+. The order should not be placed around the house and should not be delivered to the neighbours. Our partners have laid down these procedures in their alcohol law guaranteed working method.

ORDER BEFORE 6:00 PM

If you order before 18:00 (Dutch time), the alcoholic beverage order can in most cases be delivered the next working day (Mon-Sat) together with the ordered flowers.

So order this package in time.

ORDER AFTER 18:00

If you order after 6:00 PM (Dutch time) or if there are unforeseen logistical circumstances, products will be delivered separately and at a later time.
