Usually, orders placed by 6:00 PM today will be delivered on the next business day. However, please allow for 1-3 days of delivery time due to package handling by DHLor PostNL. Most of our alcoholic beverages are shipped from our logistics partner's central warehouse using DHL or PostNL to the local florist.

When does the delivery person ask for identification?
The recipient may only receive this product if he or she meets the legal age requirement. For this shipment with alcohol, you must be at least 18 years old. In that case, the delivery person will ask for proof of identification.

How does it work?

The delivery person will then only hand over the shipment if the recipient shows valid identification and is old enough. He can also deliver the package to neighbors or a house mate, as long as they can identify themselves and meet the legal age requirement. The delivery person asks for a signature upon receipt.

No valid ID at hand?

If the recipient cannot show valid identification, the delivery person will not hand over the package. We will then take it to a Parcelservice point nearby. The recipient can collect the shipment here within 1 week, after which it will be returned to our warehouse. A valid ID is also required upon collection.
