You can pay with credit cards such as Visa, American Express, and Mastercard, as well as through ApplePay, PayPal, and various bank payment methods.
For credit card payments, our payment provider Multisafepay accepts all compatible credit cards from Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and debit cards that use 3D Secure technology. Your payment information is securely handled by Multisafepay, a leading Payment Service Provider in Europe.
ApplePay is a fast and secure way to pay in stores with your iPhone or Apple Watch. Similarly, GooglePay is a fast and secure payment method when using your Android device. All transactions through ApplePay and GooglePay are processed by Multisafepay.
PayPal is another payment option that allows you to make payments with your credit card or bank account, and you can also receive money into your account or transfer money from your account to a bank account.
In addition, Flowers.NL also accepts various bank payment methods, including iDEAL, Sofort Banking, Giropay, Bancontact, ING Homepay, Belfius, KBC, and Bank Transfer. All bank payment transactions are processed by Multisafepay.
When placing your order, you can indicate if you want to receive an invoice for your company. To do this, provide the company's VAT number. After the order is processed, we will send the invoice to the email address we have on record. Please note that this feature is typically disabled for individuals. You will receive an order confirmation but not an invoice by default. If you wish to receive an invoice, please contact our customer service.
Right of withdrawal
As the products from Flowers.NL can quickly perish or age, the right of withdrawal is excluded. Furthermore, it is not possible to provide a photo of the delivered or to be delivered bouquet, in accordance with Article 8.2.d. of the General Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation
After the conclusion of the agreement, cancellation is only possible for orders with a delivery address within the Netherlands, and it must be done at least 24 hours before the delivery date. Cancellation can only be communicated by email during office hours; see the contact details. After an order is placed, the cancellation costs amount to 10% of the principal sum, with a minimum of €10.00.
Cancellation or a full refund of the order is not possible after delivery attempts have been made.
Refund
Refund of a canceled order is done through the payment method used by the customer. The timeframe for the refund varies by payment method, from 1 to a maximum of 7 days.
Shortly (within 1 hour) after placing the order, our payment provider will notify you of the payment failure. This can be done through a reminder email sent to the email address you provided in the contact information. This reminder will include a payment link that you can use to complete the payment for the order.
We advise you to check the payment details and correct any errors or inaccuracies, which may include updating credit card information or ensuring sufficient balance in the account to process the payment.
If the payment still fails, please contact the customer service of Flowers.nl. They are there to assist you and answer any questions.
Delivery of the order: Once the payment is successfully processed, Flowers.nl will proceed with preparing and delivering the order, taking into account the original delivery date if it is still feasible.
At Flowers.NL, there are NO additional charges for all available payment methods.
